Robert Mendelson, President:
Mr. Mendelson currently serves as President of Robert Mendelson & Associates in the Chicago office. Mr. Mendelson formed the firm eleven years ago and has served as a real estate broker since 1987. During his real estate career, Mr. Mendelson has handled the lease and sale of commercial, office and retail throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. Mr. Mendelson currently specializes in the leasing and sales of retail and office property to retailers, restaurants office tenants and investors. He has handled many intricate and detailed lease negotiations for both large and small tenants. He is also involved in helping develop and train new brokers in the downtown office. He has been involved in the sale and lease of over $270 million worth of property, having represented household names such as Becker Ventures, Special Assets Investments, American Heritage Investments, KBS Realty, Northside Community Bank, 7-Eleven, Dunkin Donuts- Baskin Robbins, IBEW, Flight Center, US Cellular, Venice Café, Mac Kelly’s Greens N Things, Nuts on Clark, Subway and Americash.
Mr. Mendelson received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1981 from the University of Northern Colorado, has held a Real Estate Brokers License since 1987, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and National Association of Realtors.
Adam Feldman, Executive Vice President:
Adam G. Feldman has been a commercial real estate professional since 1992. During his real estate career, Mr. Feldman has represented a multitude of corporate, financial, and private clients in the sale and lease of commercial, office, retail, and residential property throughout the Chicago metropolitan area and the country. He has been involved in the sale and lease of over $125 million dollars worth of property via conventional means and at auction. Representing household names such as Harris Bank, Taco Bell, Kennedy Homes, and Old Kent Bank, he is responsible for business development, acquisition analysis, leasing, and Internet marketing on a local and regional level.
Mr. Feldman has purchased and sold several properties for his own account and has successfully developed, structured and implemented real estate disposition strategies on a national level including preparation of property due diligence, financial analysis, advertising, brochure creation/production, PR, customer support and sales.
Professional accreditations past and present include membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, Homebuilders of Greater Chicago and Chicago Association of Realtors. Mr. Feldman a real estate auction instructor at the Reppart School of Auctioneers, a licensed real estate salesman, a licensed Auctioneer, and a CCIM Candidate.
Mr. Feldman is a graduate University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with a Masters of Business concentrating in Finance and Strategy. Additionally, Adam graduated from Kenyon College with a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Political Science and a Minor in Business |
